IzWho User Deletion Guide
This guide explains how you can delete your IzWho account and the consequences of doing so. Please read this information carefully before proceeding.
What Happens When You Delete Your IzWho Account?
When you delete your IzWho account:
- Your Profile Will Be Removed: Your public IzWho profile (your unique IzWho.com link) will no longer be accessible to others.
- Your Shared Links Will Be Deleted: All the links you have added to your IzWho profile will be permanently removed.
- Your Profile Customizations Will Be Deleted: Any customizations you have made to your profile (bio, themes, etc.) will be erased.
- We May Retain Some Information: Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on what data we may retain after account deletion for legal, security, or operational purposes. This data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
- This Action is Permanent: Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone, and your data cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Your IzWho Account:
Currently, IzWho offers the following method(s) for deleting your account:
Method 1: Through Your Account Settings (If Applicable)
- Log In: Sign in to your IzWho account at [Your IzWho.com Website Address].
- Go to Account Settings: Navigate to your account settings. This is usually found by clicking on your profile picture or a menu option labeled "Settings," "Account," or similar.
- Find the "Delete Account" Option: Look for a section or button related to account management. You should find an option to "Delete Account," "Close Account," or similar.
- Confirm Deletion: You will likely be asked to confirm that you want to delete your account. Please read the confirmation message carefully as it will reiterate the consequences of deletion. You may need to enter your password to confirm.
- Follow the Instructions: Follow any additional on-screen instructions to complete the deletion process.
Method 2: Contacting Support (If the above method isn't available)
If you cannot find a "Delete Account" option within your account settings, please follow these steps:
- Email Us: Send an email to our support team at support@izwho.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
- Provide Your Account Information: In your email, please clearly state that you wish to delete your IzWho account and provide the following information to help us identify your account:

- The email address associated with your IzWho account.
